Once The Cumulative Amount Of Liquidated Damages Reaches Ten (10) Percent (10%) Of The Amount Of The Contract, The Procuring Entity Shall Rescind The Contract, Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Open To It. 11.
