Scope Of This Work Is To Include Improvements To Lighting, Snow Removal, Wayfinding, Plantings And Surface Features That Support Mechanized Snow Removal And Accessibility Wherever Possible. Special Attention Must Be Given To Installing Curbs To Prevent Winter Salting From Entering The Planting Beds And Tree Rootzones By Inclusion Of Curb And Gutter Edges On All Sidewalks To Keep Salt Run-off Out Of Planting Beds And Lawn Areas. The Use Of Drainage Grates And Pipes Where Necessary And Cost Effective.  Interlocking Pavers On Pedestrian Areas Only Similar To Architecture Building And Public Library Areas Is Envisaged For This Space At O'brien Hall.  Tree Protection Grates Will Be Required At O'brien Hall On Morris Street Side.  There Are Some Landscape Features Which Will Be Renewed As Part Of The Recently Completed Envelope Project So Ensure Continuity.
