Dalhousie University Is Inviting Proponents Having Experience In Design And Construction Of New And Existing Institutional Facilities, To Provide Proposals For A Design-build Partner For The New Housing Project. The Project Is To Be Delivered Via Progressive-design-build (pdb) Approach. It Is Dalhousie University’s Intent To Engage And Foster A Collaborative Pdb Process To Successfully Deliver This Project On Schedule And On Budget. The Project Will Adhere To Dalhousie’s Bim Requirement (appendix E) Specification For Design And Construction.
