Past Performance: The bidder should have a valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate issued from any NABCB accredited certification body in the field of quoted item. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. 360 Solar Pump sets 2. 3600 Solar Pump Controller 3. 3600 solar pump 4. 17.5 MW of Solar modules 5. 10% - the percentage of ownership in the bidding company by a Group Company. 6. 26% - the percentage of ownership in the bidding company by a Group Company, above which it is considered a conflict of interest. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate issued from any NABCB accredited certification body in the field of quoted item. 2. Test report of the solar water pumping system as per MNRE, GOI latest guidelines/BIS 3. Test report issued by an MNRE/NABL/IEC accredited testing center 4. Valid GST & PAN registration certificate 5. A valid test report from an MNRE/NABL/IEC accredited testing center for the solar PV modules or solar cells or solar pump or solar pump controller.
