The Subject of This Public Contract Is the New Construction of the Facility Building of the Municipality of Liber. This Part of the Project Addresses the Technical Facility of the Municipality, Which Has a Rectangular Floor Plan with Dimensions of 12.05 X 14.05 M. The Building Has Two Above-Ground Floors, Does Not Have a Basement and Is Covered with a Gable Roof with a Slope of 34°. The Building Is Divided Into a Maintenance Facility and an Apartment for the Administrator. The 1st Floor Contains a Workshop, Warehouses, a Cleaning Room, Social Facilities with a Cloakroom and a Hallway with a Staircase. The 2nd Floor Contains an Apartment for the Administrator of Size 4+kk. The Apartment Consists of a Hallway, a Room, a Bedroom, a Living Room Including a Kitchenette, a Room, a Bathroom and a Toilet. Furthermore, a steel shelter will be constructed, which has a rectangular floor plan measuring 6.68 x 18.31 m, covered by a 7° pitched roof. The shelter will serve as a covered parking space for 6 cars, or for storing bulk materials for technical services. This part of the project deals with a fire hydrant display case, where the floor plan is designed in the shape of a rectangle measuring 6 x 3 m, and is covered by a flat roof. At the time of the announcement of this tender, the foundations of the future building have been completed. Furthermore, the construction of the fire station is underway. The contractor will be obliged to coordinate his work with the construction work taking place at this event, if it is still ongoing. Detailed Specifications for the Implementation of This Public Contract Are Given in Annex 3 (Project Documentation Prepared by Creoplan Sro, 17. Listopadu 400, 530 02 Pardubice, Ičo: 05209072). The Contracting Authority Points Out That the Attached Documentation Also Contains Parts Relating to the Fire Station and the Foundations of the Municipality's Infrastructure. These Parts Will Not Be Subject of the Public Contract. Participants Will Only Evaluate Parts In Accordance With the Attached Statement of Measurements.
