The Subject of the Public Contract is the Construction Work Consisting of the Implementation of the Composting Plant. The Subject of the Public Contract is the Complete, Functional and Flawless Execution of All Construction and Assembly Works and Structures, Including the Supply of Necessary Materials and Equipment, and the Provision of All Activities Related to the Supply of Construction Works and Assembly of Structures, the Performance of Which Is Necessary for the Proper Completion of the Work. The Work Includes All Deliveries Specified in the Project Documentation. In addition to the Actual Execution of the Construction Works, the Subject of the Contract (Works) Also Includes Other Activities Specified in the Draft Contract for the Work, Which Is an Annex to the Tender Documentation. The Public Contract Also Includes All Other Services, Deliveries and Construction Works Related to the Subject of the Public Contract Defined by This Tender Documentation. All the Construction Works Mentioned Above Will Be Carried Out In Scope, Details And In Accordance With The Project Documentation Entitled "Composting Plant Moravec", Which Was Prepared By Ing. Pavel Šedivý, Ant. Dvořáka 89, 675 71 Náměšť Nad Oslavou, Authorized Engineer For Building Constructions Čkait 1002631. The Construction Works Will Also Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Itemized Budget (Statement of Measurements), Which, Like The Project Documentation, Is A Part Of This Tender Documentation. The Itemized Budget Is Annex 5 To This Tender Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check That All Formulas Are Working And That All Items Have Been Filled In And Valued And The Correct Total Has Been Arrived At.

The Subject of This Contract Is the Complete Summary of All Works, Supplies, Services and All Possible Prescribed Tests Associated with the Provision of the Contract for the Modernization (Reconstruction) of the Existing Stable for Pig Breeding on the Lišany Farm, According to the Project Documentation, Which Is Part of the Assignment of This Contract. The Detailed Assignment of the Contract Is Set Out in Separate Annexes to the Assignment Documentation, Which Consists of: • Annex No. 1 - Project Documentation • Annex No. 2 - Statements of Quantities • Annex No. 4 - Binding Model Contract This Contract (contract) Does Not Include the Delivery of Part of the Material Intended for the Implementation of This Contract. The Material Will Be Supplied to the Winning Bidder by the Contracting Authority. All such materials are listed in the Bills of Quantities with a zero price (i.e. the price is not filled in for these items). During the Inspection, the Contracting Authority will not provide any further information on the subject of the Contract or answer any questions raised on the subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority will always handle the explanation of the Terms of Reference exclusively in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2 of the Contract.
