After The Oft Simulator Is Installed, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Installing The Deluge Fire Suppression System Under The Oft Simulator. all Existing Tenants Will Be Relocated, And The Building Will Be Turned Over To The Contractor For The Period Of Construction. the Bowst Addition Is A Minor Milcon Project And The Base Bid. The Proposed Rehabilitation Would Involve Restoring The Jetty To Modern Standards, Which Includes Raising The Height To Match The Western Jetty.
