Details: The workshop at the southern heating plant, built in the 1970s, is undergoing a comprehensive energy renovation. In addition to modernizing the building shell, the building technology is being renewed. The heating technology is operated bivalently with district heating, the hot water supply is implemented decentrally. In summer operation, the heat pump is used exclusively to cool the building.
