Details: The old workshop at the southern heating plant was built and put into operation in the 1970s and is the last building on the old power plant site. In 2024 the building was gutted and it was decided to carry out an energy-efficient renovation of the building shell and the building technology. In addition to a rented area on the ground floor, the large crane hall will house district heating water treatment, a workshop and an office and administration area on the upper floor. The heating technology is to be implemented in bivalent operation with district heating. The hot water supply is decentralized. The bivalence point of the heat pump is -4 degrees. In summer operation, the heat pump is used exclusively to cool the building. Here there is a strand with 7°/13° for the ventilation system and on the upper floor there are climate controls above the dew point with 18/23°.
