Subject To Revision, Any Modification Will Be Communicated Terms Of Delivery: 7 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Call-off Delivery Schedule: End-user’s Demand Through Call-off This Procurement Is Under Framework Agreement - Single-year Framework Agreement. Consequently, During This Phase, The Bidder Must Always Be Ready To Comply With Any Requirements Or Standards Made By The Procuring Entity. Validity Of The Contract / Contract Termination Without Prejudice To The Provision Of Applicable Laws, Rules And Guidelines, The Contract Shall Be Automatically Terminated Under The Following Conditions: A. When The Total Quantity Specified In The Contract Has Been Exhausted; Or B.
