So many situations in which the quality and relevance of communication are decisive. It is becoming essential for agricultural business managers to know how to both listen to the questions asked and communicate in an enthusiastic, efficient and fluid manner, regardless of the communication medium used. It is clear that currently, they are little accustomed to practicing this exercise while their “detractors” know perfectly well how to use the means and techniques of communication. This call for tenders follows the specific call for tenders “Communicating about your profession” launched by the Upper Normandy Territorial Committee in 2020, immediately taken up by the Lower Normandy Territorial Committee which ended on December 31, 2022.
