The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing works in relevant fields, such as civil engineering works like Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 1.5 times of the Package value, which is Rs.642.24 Lakhs. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.214.08 Lakhs, which is 50% of the Package value. The bidder should provide information on the percentage of completed works, with a minimum of 50% completion required. The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.01.2025, with a value of at least 80% of the package value, which is Rs.342.53 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is Rs.642.24 Lakhs (150% of the package value), in at least two financial years in the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in working as a Main contractor and in Joint Venture. The bidder should provide information on the last five years of work experience, including the name and type of project, brief technical description, name and address of the client, period of contract, construction cost of the project, type and amount of portion sublet, year of starting, and percentage of completed works. The bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 50% of the package value, which is Rs. 107.04 Lakhs, and should have a minimum of 50% of the package value as their prior work experience in similar works. The available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work, which is Rs. 214.08 Lakhs.
