The bidder should have prior work experience of completing similar building works, with specific requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 270.82 Lakhs. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 338.53 Lakhs. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 541.64 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed similar building works during the last five years, with a minimum value of 40%, 50%, or 80% of the estimated cost, depending on the number of similar works completed. For technical personnel, the requirements are as follows: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience with a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience with a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent, or 10 years of experience with a DCE in Civil. - Foreman/Supervisor: 3 years of experience with a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent, or 6 years of experience with a DCE in Civil. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40% of the estimated cost of the proposed work. The average annual financial turnover during the last 5 years should be at least 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum of Rs. 1692.65 Lakhs. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 30% of the value put to tender, with a minimum of Rs. 203.11 Lakhs.
