The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work, which is Rs. 619.48 Lakhs. The minimum annual turnover requirement is: Minimum Annual Turnover = 1.5 * Tender Value = 1.5 * Rs. 619.475 Lakhs = Rs. 929.2125 Lakhs The bid capacity required includes having executed a project of at least Rs. 495.58 Lakhs in the last five years and having an annual turnover of at least Rs. 929.2125 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years.
