- Three similar completed works, with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 261.25 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work.
- Two similar completed works, with a minimum value of 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 326.56 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work.
- One similar completed work, with a minimum value of 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 522.50 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. These similar works should be completed during the last five years, and the bidder must enclose a completion certificate obtained from the client or department for these similar works. The similar nature of works refers to the construction of buildings.
