The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated through one of the following options: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the work value, which is Rs. 307.33 Lakhs. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 192.08 Lakhs per work. - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the work value, with a minimum value of Rs. 153.66 Lakhs per work. The bidder should have successfully completed similar Play Field works during the last five years ending on March 31st, 2025. The annual turnover for the last three years should be at least 100% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 384.20 Lakhs. Similar nature of works includes New Construction of Play Fields works / New Construction of Swimming Pool works. Completion certificates obtained from the client or department should be enclosed.
