The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar building works during the last five years. The applications are invited should be either of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 108.58 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 135.73 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 217.17 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 50% of the estimated cost during the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 30% of the value put to tender. Similar nature of works means Construction of Buildings and its maintenance. The bidder should enclose a completion certificate or performance certificate obtained from the respective department for the similar works completed.
