The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement, with the value of this work being 80% of the Package value, which is Rs.268.13 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is Rs.502.74 Lakhs (150% of the package value), in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The required prior work experience for technical personnel includes a Senior Engineer with 5 years of experience and a Site Engineer with 2 years of experience, both with a BE Civil degree. The bidder should also provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources that are sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements, which is estimated as 50% of the total value of the project, amounting to Rs.167.58 Lakhs.
