The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. Upto 2 Crore: One B.E Degree holder (or) One Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works 2. Above 2 Crore upto 10crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works 3. Above 10 Crore upto 50crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement, with the value of 50% of the work being Rs.226.50 lakhs. The bidder should also have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the work value, with the 75% of the work value being Rs.339.75 Lakh. Additionally, the minimum required annual value of work for the successful Bidder in any of the last five years shall be 75% of the tender value. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, with 10% of the work value being Rs.45.30 lakh. The minimum amount liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be 10% of the tender work value of Rs.45.30 lakh.
