There Are Many Routine And Ad Hoc Maintenance Requirements, As Well As Smaller Projects Across Both Services, For Instance: - Contract Support Services, - On-site Welding Inspection And Testing, - Welding, Maintenance, Repairs And Metal Fabrications On Board The Ferries, - Maintenance And Repairs To Shore Side Infrastructure Such As Ferry Chain Gantries, - Minor Structural Repairs To Bridge Structure, Gantries And Runway Beams, - Bridge And Ferry Inspection Support, - Routine Annual Maintenance Activities - Greasing, Cleaning Bearing And Joints, Etc., - Larger One-off Contracts Such As Major Bridge Access Improvements, - General Labour Support - Ferry Chain Replacement, Ferry Gantry Maintenance. Please Note That Existing Arrangements Involve The Present Contractor Typically Attending At Tamar Bridge & Torpoint Ferry Sites Each Month For A Duration Of Anywhere Between 10-14 Days Depending On Workloads And Client Requirements.
