The Cooperative Development Authority Regional Office I, Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (p140,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of: Item Description Place Of Delivery And Installation Abc Two-day Meals And Snacks For The Cda R1eo Compliance Caravan San Fernando City La Union Php140,000.00 Quotation Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Responsive Quotation Opening. Also, Late Quotation Shall Not Be Accepted. 2. The Cda Regional Office I Now Invites Sole Calculated And Responsive Quotation For The Supply And Delivery Of Two-day Meals And Snacks For The Cda R1eo Compliance Caravan. Delivery Of The Service Is Required Within Fifteen (15) To Thirty (30) Days Upon Issuance Of Purchase Order. 3. Quotation Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement. Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation Shall Be Determined. 4.
