This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Government Of Manitoba (“manitoba”), As Represented By The Department Of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning And Delivery (“cppd”) On Behalf Of The Owner Of The Project, Manitoba Housing And Renewal Corporation. (“owner”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For An Exterior Refresh, Mechanical Upgrades And Site Work At 558-564 & 566-568 Ross Ave., Winnipeg, Mb As Further Described In Section 1 Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix 3) (the “work”). Cppd Requires The Services Of A Contractor For An Exterior Refresh, Mechanical Upgrades And Site Work In A Block Of 6 Family Housing Units. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Replacement Of The Stucco And Wood Siding, Windows And Doors, Roof And Raingear. Site Work Will Correct The Negative Grading, Landscaping, Replacement Of Broken Sidewalk Pavers With Cast In Place Concrete Sidewalks, New Chain Link Fencing And Providing New Asphalt Parking Spaces. Installation Of Hrv Units In Each Suite. Work Site Location Will Be Occupied During Construction. Cppd Is Administering This Rfp Process. An Optional Site Visit Has Been Scheduled As Follows: Location: 558 Ross Ave., Winnipeg, Mb Date And Time: July 17, 2024, At 10:00 Am Local Time Proponents Are To Meet At 558 Ross Ave Prior To 10:00 Am To Sign The Site Attendance Sheet. Proponents Are To Pre-register By Email To The Project Coordinator At Kleiton.souza@gov.mb.ca. Deadline For Registration Is By 10:00 Am Of July 16, 2024.attendance At The Site Visit Will Be Confirmed And Recorded.  If Proponents Are Not Available To Attend The Above Scheduled Optional Site Visit, But Still Wish To View The Site, An Appointment May Be Arranged By Contacting The Rfp Contact. Proponents Are Not Entitled To Rely On Information Received From Cppd, The Owner’s Representatives Or Other Third Parties At The Site Visit Unless The Rfp Contact Has Provided The Information In Writing.
