Failure To Adhere To This Rule May Result In The Disqualification Of The Proponent And The Rejection Of The Proponent’s Proposal. An Optional Site Visit Has Been Scheduled As Follows: Location: Acc North Hill Campus Operations Office Date And Time: June 11, 2024 10:00 Am Local Time Proponents Are To Meet At Location Prior To 9:45 Am To Sign The Site Attendance Sheet. Proponents Are To Pre-register By Email To The Project Manager At Donal.allen@gov.mb.ca. It Is The Proponents Responsibility To Ensure Registration And Confirmation Has Been Received Prior To The Meeting. Deadline For Registration Is The End Of The Business Day June 7, 2024. Attendance At The Site Visit Will Be Confirmed And Recorded. Proponents Are Not Entitled To Rely On Information Received From Cppd, Cppd’s Representatives Or Other Third Parties At The Site Visit Unless The rfp Contact Has Provided The Information In Writing. Deadline For Questions June 20, 2024. All Questions Must Be Submitted To The Contract Administrator At Cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Cppd Will Only Address Questions That Were Sent To This Email Address. Bid Submission Deadline Is June 27, 2024 At 2:00:00 P.m. Cdt.
