This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Government Of Manitoba (“manitoba”), As Represented By The Department Of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning And Delivery (“cppd”) On Behalf Of The Owner Of The Project, Manitoba Housing And Renewal Corporation. (“owner”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Exterior And Site Upgrade As Further Described In Section 1 Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix 3) (the “work”). The Work Is Being Done In Ten (10) Single Family Back-to-back Townhouse Units At 302 To 320 Talbot Avenue Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work Site Location Will Be Fully Occupied During Construction. Cppd Is Administering This Rfp Process. For The Purposes Of This Procurement Process, The “rfp Contact” Will Be: Contract Administrator: Li Li Email: Cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca An Optional Site Visit Has Been Scheduled As Follows: Location: 302 Talbot Avenue Winnipeg, Manitoba Date And Time: May 29, 2024, At 10:00 Am Local Time Proponents Are To Meet At 302 Talbot Avenue Winnipeg, Manitoba Prior To 10:00 Am To Sign The Site Attendance Sheet. Proponents Are To Pre-register By Email To The Project Manager At Alejandro.umandal@gov.mb.ca. It Is The Proponents Responsibility To Ensure Registration And Confirmation Has Been Received Prior To The Meeting. Deadline For Registration Is 4:00 Pm Of May 28, 2024. Attendance At The Site Visit Will Be Confirmed And Recorded. If Proponents Are Not Available To Attend The Above Scheduled Optional Site Visit, But Still Wish To View The Site, An Appointment May Be Arranged By Contacting The Rfp Contact. Proponents Are Not Entitled To Rely On Information Received From Cppd, The Owner’s Representatives Or Other Third Parties At The Site Visit Unless The rfp Contact Has Provided The Information In Writing. Deadline For Questions Is June 7, 2024 At 4:00 Pm Local Time. All Questions Must Be Submitted To The Rfp Administrator At Cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Cppd Will Only Address Questions That Were Sent To This Email Address. Bid Submission Deadline Is June 13, 2024 At 2:00:00 Pm Local Time. This Is And Ebid Submission And All Bids Must Be Uploaded Through Merx. No Other Form Of Submission Is Accepted For This Tender.
