Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement Is Required For Transactions With Abc Above P50,000 As Prescribed By "annex H" Of The 2016 Revised Of R.a. 9184. 10. Warranty Shall Be For A Period Of Six (6) Months For Supplies And Materials And One (1) Year For Equipment From The Date Of Acceptance By The Procuring Entity.
