Contract notice: project finance awarding of concession for operating and maintenance services for technological systems, fire-fighting systems, supply of energy carriers, energy efficiency and real estate regulatory compliance Assignment under concession, through project finance pursuant to art. 183, c. 15 of the legislative decree n. 50/2016, with pre-emption right in favor of the promoter, of the "management and maintenance services of technological systems and fire-fighting systems, supply of energy carriers, energy efficiency activities and regulatory adaptation of properties owned or in the availability of the municipality of sanremo "- cig code: 90200436f4 - cup code: g29j21014470004the following services are the subject of the concession: a) the operation and maintenance of the thermal, electrical and photovoltaic systems, including the supply of energy vectors, and the management and maintenance of the technological systems of the buildings owned by the municipality, in accordance with the provisions of the promoters proposal and to what was offered in the tender, for a period of 15 years; b) the design, financing, construction and extraordinary maintenance of the regulatory adaptation interventions of the fire-fighting systems and energy efficiency of the systems according to the provisions of the promoters proposal and to what is offered in the tender. in addition to what is stated in the documentation forming part of the tender proposal, the following is compulsory for the successful bidder: - taking into account the duration of the award, it is requested that the control and maintenance activities of plants, equipment e of the other fire safety systems in the workplace are adequate to the provisions of the decree 1 september 2021 "general criteria for the control and maintenance of systems, equipment and other fire safety systems, pursuant to article 46, paragraph 3, letter a), point 3, of the legislative decree 9 april 2008, n. 81 ", published in the g.U. n. 230 of 25/9/2021, starting from its entry into force set for 25/09/2022; - the burden concerning the replacement of ones representative or the site manager or any other person belonging to its staff in the event of an express request to this effect by the construction manager or the client body; - the fire-fighting systems must comply with the provisions of the "specific supplementary specifications concerning fire-fighting systems" which are part of the tender documentation. reserves the right to entrust the successful bidder with the provision of additional services referred to in the annex "additional services". the municipality also reserves the right to extend the perimeter of the concession to the casa serena property
