Description: 3.1. The subject of the Order is: Delivery with the installation of computer hardware for the needs of the newly built school and kindergarten complex No. 25 in Wrocław, divided into 2 Tasks. 3.2. Common Cpv Procurement Vocabulary: 30200000-1, 30213100-6, 30232100-5. 3.3. The Subject of the Order Was Divided into Parts - Number of Tasks 2. 3.4. Task No. 1 - Computer Hardware. 3.5. Task No. 2 - Multifunctional devices. 3.6. The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues. 3.7. Requirements for a contractor or subcontractor regarding employment under an employment contract in accordance with Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law: Not applicable. 3.8. The Employer does not require the Contractor to visit the site in accordance with Art. 131 Sec. 2 Item 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 3.9. A detailed description of the subject of the Order includes the Opz included in the Price List, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Order. 3.10. General Information: • Equipment Delivery and Installation Address: Wrocław Ul. Asfaltowa 6. • The Ordering Party puts the school building at its disposal from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. • After signing the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to inspect the building in terms of the method of delivery and installation of the equipment. • At the moment, the construction of a school and kindergarten building is underway, the planned date of commissioning the building is July 1, 2022. • The delivery and installation of the computer equipment will take place upon a written request from the Ordering Party addressed to the Contractor 5 days before the planned delivery. The Ordering Party plans to execute the given Order Between 14-25 August 2023. • As part of the remuneration, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver, unload and bring to the indicated rooms, as well as to install and start up the delivered equipment. • The Purchaser requires that the delivered equipment be brand new, unused and not damaged; The equipment should have approvals and certificates allowing for their use in the educational unit - school, the Contractor is obliged, at the request of the Employer, to submit Certificates of Conformity that meet the requirements of safety, ergonomics and guaranteeing good quality equipment, issued by the Certification Units for these products, in particular Safety Certificates according to Applicable Safety Standards. • Upon Delivery, the Contractor is obliged to attach Operating Instructions in Polish. • The parameters of the Subject of the Order specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order constitute the minimum technical and qualitative requirements required by the Ordering Party. • The Ordering Party informs that the indication of common names in the elements of the description of the subject of the order is only used to define technical and qualitative features. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of presenting an equivalent assortment in the offer, provided that the offered assortment has the same or better technical, qualitative, functional and utility parameters. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate in the tender that the Products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer. • Delivery and installation will be accepted with the Acceptance Protocol in accordance with the template prepared by the Ordering Party. The Protocol on the applicable template will be drawn up by the Contractor in 2 copies: One copy for the Employer and for the Contractor. The protocol signed by both parties will be the basis for issuing an invoice. 3.1.
