Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a consultant with a view to the initiation of the river populations of the lagdo water plant ( river benoue / lake) for the collection and recovery of water hyacinth and other invasive aquatic plants in the municipality of lagdo, department of benoue, north region Consistency of services As part of this service, the successful provider will be involved in: - Presenting to the populations of the sites concerned the range of possibilities for valuing water hyacinth and other invasive species (compost, object of art, paper, animal feed, ecological charcoal ect ...) - To initiate the same populations in the collection and valuation of invasive aquatic plants in compost (at least one pit per selected locality) art objects, food for livestock (at least 500 bundles per shed and per collection site) and production of ecological charcoal - Set up an experimental field (1/4) based on the compost produced in 2019 in the villages that benefited from the project - D % support the populations in the collection of Hyacinthwater in all the proliferation sites identified, for other invasive aquatic plants on the navigation lines over a width of 20 meters for a minimum area of ??10 hectares - To support them in the search for markets for products that are sources of income (food cattle, compost) Estimated cost The estimated cost is 25,000,000 FCFA 25,000,000. Acquisition of the file The Bidding Documents can be withdrawn from the Municipality of Lagdo upon publication of this notice upon presentation of a receipt for payment to the municipal revenue of Lagdo, for a non-refundable sum of 40,000 (Forty thousand) FCFA representing the costs of purchasing the file.
