The Commission On Higher Education, Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Sixty Pesos Only (php 6,464,060.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Three (3) Units Of Van For Ched. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Lot Description Quantity Abc (php) 1 Commuter Van 2 Units 3,702,000.00 2 Mid-level Van 1 Unit 2,762,060.00 Total 3 Units 6,464,060.00 Bidders May Opt To Bid For Any Or For All Lots Provided, However, That The Bid Shall Not Exceed The Abc For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Commission On Higher Education Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Forty-five (45) Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
