The Commission On Higher Education, Through The Various Source Of Funds (gaa Continuing Appropriation 2023/ Trust Receipt -pca/ Gaa Fy 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Pesos (p 1,684,000.00) Being The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Office Laptops For Ched Central Offices, Which Consists Of: Lot Description Quantity Source Of Funds Abc 1 Procurement Of Office Laptops For Unifast Funded Staff (afms, Oed And Occ) 20 Units Gaa Continuing Appropriation 2023 P 984,000.00 2 Procurement Of Laptops For The Implementation Of Scholarship Program For Coconut Farmers And Their Families (coscho) Under Osds 5 Units Trust Receipt -pca P 200,000.00 3 Supply And Delivery Of Office Laptops Under Leb 10 Units Gaa Fy 2024 P 500,000.00 P 1,684,000.00 Bidders May Opt To Submit Lump-sum Bid Or Bid Per Lot. However, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Commission On Higher Education Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) To Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
