Site Preparation & Earthworks; 3. Concrete Works; 4. Reinforcing Steel Bars; 5. Forms & Scaffolds; 6. Masonry Works; 7. Finishes (flooring, Wall And Ceiling Finishes, And Painting); 8. Structural Steel Works; 9. Tinsmithry & Thermal Protection; 10. Carpentry; 11. Fabricated Materials; 12. Electrical Works; 13. Plumbing & Sanitary Works; 14. Mechanical Works; 15. Fire Protection; 16. Auxillary System 17. Specialty Works And 18. Mobilization/ Demobilization. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 240 Calendar Days (c.d.).
