The Commission On Audit Regional Office No. X, Through The Nft No. 2023-0112 Dated July 11, 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Three Hundred Eighty-two Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Pesos & 07/100 (11,382,512.07) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Two-storey Records Building Located At Coa Psao, Del Carmen, Iligan City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Commission On Audit Regional Office No. X Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 240 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Of At Least Category C & D. 4.
