the Renovation Includes Selective Demolition Of All Existing Mechanical, Electrical And Plumbing (mep) Systems, Selective Demolition Of Existing Finishes, Doors, Structural Slab, And Other Existing Items. The Renovation Also Includes The Construction Of Structural Improvements, Doors, Electrical Systems, Hvac Systems, Plumbing Systems, Start-up Of Previously Installed Elevator By Renovating Associated Electrical And Mechanical Components, And Interior And Exterior Finishes.
