The Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines (caap), Through The Corporate Operating Budget (cob) For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Total Sum Of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-six Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-four Pesos And 80/100 (php 14,996,764.80), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Of Stand-alone Cctv Surveillance System For Various Radar Sites (8 Sites) With Bid No. 24-077-10 Bravo. Item Description Approved Budget Of The Contract (abc) Cost Of Bid Documents 1 Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Of Stand-alone Cctv Surveillance System For Various Radar Sites (8 Sites) Php 14,996,764.80 Php 25,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Caap Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 5. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Bac Secretariat Of Caap, Mia Road, Pasay City And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m. (monday To Friday). 6.
