Description Pest Control Treatment (1 Lot) Scope Of Work: A. Termite Control Program * Soil Treatment - Chemical Injection On Perimeter Area Of The Structure Building. * Distance Per Hole Is Half Meter. * Installation Of Above Ground Station With Termite Bait Where Active Termites Are Observed. * Demolish Of Mound Termite Builders. If Any. * Any Termite Re-infestation Within The 1 -year Contact, Spot Treatment Will Be Done At No Cost To The Owner. Inspection Program: 1. Monitoring Schedule Of Active Stations Will Be Every 15 Days For Two (2) Months. 2. Upon Achievement Of Termite Colony Elimination Monitoring And Inspection Will Be Quarterly Within Contract Period. 3. Replenishment Of Requiem Bait Will Be Applied As Necessary In Order To Eliminate Termite Colonies. B. Pest Control Program * Residual Spraying Crawling - Abatement Of Crawling Pests Such As Cockroaches And Ants Through Residual Spraying, Baiting, And Other Application Chemical And Or Mechanical Methods. * Misting/ulv Treatment Flying Pest - Abatement Of Flying Pest Such As Mosquitoes And Flies Through Misting, Fogging, And Other Applicable Chemical And/or Mechanical Methods. * Rodent And Mice Control - Abatement Of Rodents Such As Rats And Mice Through Poisoning, Trapping, And Other Applicable Chemical And/or Mechanical Methods. * Gel Baiting - Use Of Gel Bait To Pantry And Other Sensitive Areas. The Gel Bait Is Intended For Small Or German Cockroaches (as Per Needed) Frequency Of Treatment 1. 1st Treatment (1-30 Days) * Conduct Thorough Inspection On All Wooden Materials Found In The Whole Area. * Conduct Spraying On All Affected Areas & Non Affected Areas. * Inject Termite Treatment On Crevices & Cracks On The Building. * Conduct Rodding Drilling Throughout Perimeter Of The Area. (approx. 315 Holes) * Installation Of Termite Bait Stations Throughout The Area (approx. 30 Pcs) * Prevention Of Rat Infestation & Extermination Of Pest In Office Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment. 2. 2nd - 6th Month Treatment (monthly Treatment) * Follow - Up Treatment By Spraying Affected & Non-affected Areas & Monitoring Of All Bait Station. 3. 9th & 12th Months Treatment (quarterly Treatment) * Follow-up Treatment By Spraying Affected & Non- Affected Areas & Monitoring Of All Bait Station.
