The Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines (caap), Through The Caap Corporate Budget Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-one Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos (php 1,421,112.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of It Equipment (desktop With Softwares, And Printers) And Conference Room Equipment (4k Television And Conference Room Speaker And Microphone) For Lcd 2. (bid No. 24-087-10 Bravo). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of It Equipment (desktop With Softwares, And Printers) And Conference Room Equipment (4k Television And Conference Room Speaker And Microphone) For Lcd. Completion Of The Project Is Required Within Fourty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years, A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 5. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 6. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours. 7. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 18 October 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Php 5,000.00 (exclusive Of Any And All Taxes Imposed By Relevant Government Agencies) .
