Lot 1: maintenance/special cleaning, day service Lot 2: glass/frame cleaning. The services advertised are divided into 2 lots with sub-trades. The lots are divided up and the trades are allocated based on technical, local and quantitative aspects. Tenders can be submitted for one lot or both lots. However, all trades and all individual services within the lots must be offered. The services can be awarded per lot or as a total award for both lots. The individual award of trades is not planned. All bidders will be given the opportunity to inspect the advertised properties before submitting their bid if they so wish. Property inspections will take place during the following period: March 5, 2025 to March 14, 2025, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Bidders who wish to inspect the properties must arrange an appointment via the procurement platform in good time before the property inspection period.
