D2.          scope Of Work D2.1        the Work To Be Done Under The Contract Shall Consist Of The Demolition Work And  Construction Work As Laid Out In The Construction Documents To Renovate The Kitchen At Magnus  Eliason Recreation Centre, Along With Mechanical, Electrical And Hvac Upgrades – 430 Langside  Street. D2.2        the Funds Available For This Contract Are $275,000.00 (mrst Included, Gst Extra). D2.3        The Major Components Of The Work Are As Follows: (a)   Demolition And Disposal Of Portion Of Wall, Millwork, Cabinetry, Doors, Door Frames, Server  Window, Sinks, Faucets, Flooring And Appliances. (b)   Electrical, Mechanical And Hvac Upgrades, As Per Drawings. (c)    wall Finishes And Painting, As Per Drawings. (d)   Supply And Install New Cabinetry And Countertops. (e)   Supply And Install New Flooring And Cove Wall Base. (f)    supply And Install Appliances And Accessories. (g)   Final Cleaning And Washing Of All Areas Affected By Demolition And Construction Work.
