Part 2 Of The Work Is Contingent Upon The Execution Of The Agreement. D3.4.1 Further To C7.1, Should An Agreement Not Be Executed, The City Shall Have The Right To Eliminate All Of Part 2, And The Contract Price Will Be Reduced Accordingly.
