The City Government Of Toledo Under The Hospital: Medical, Dental & Lab Supplies – Has Appropriated The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Pesos (php4,910,370.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Supply And Delivery Of Medical, X-ray And Laboratory Supplies For Toledo City General Hospital Use. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Toledo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of (45) Working Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Ntp. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidders Shall Enclose Their Original Eligibility And Technical Documents In One Sealed And Signed Envelope Marked “original-technical Component” And The Original Of Their Financial Component In Another Sealed And Signed Envelope Marked “original-financial Component”, Sealing Them All In An Outer Envelope Marked “original Bid”.
