The City Government Of Toledo Under The Hospital: Capital Outlay Sb#4, Ao 2024-020 Anesthesia Machine – Has Appropriated The Sum Of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (php2,800,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Supply And Delivery Of Anesthesia Machine With Sevo Vaporizer For Toledo City General Hospital Use. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Toledo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of (60) Working Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Ntp. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
