Natatas Source Of Fund: 20% Development Fund For Fy 2024 Abc: 6,000,000.00 2 Project Name: Construction Of Drainage System And Other Related Structures At Tanauan City College Source Of Fund: 20% Development Fund For Fy 2024 Abc: 5,000,000.00 3 Project Name: Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building At Brgy. Iii Source Of Fund: General Fund (engineering Office) For Fy 2024 Abc: 1,000,000.00 The Bac Will Conduct The Procurement Process In Accordance With The Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184. Bids In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bid. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/ Fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act" To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Submit A Letter Of Intent (loi), Purchase Bid Documents And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria: (a.)
