The City Of Taguig, Through The General Fund Fy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand Two Pesos And Sixty Seven Centavos (₱1,245,002.67) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Consulting Services For The Conduct Of Subsurface Soil Testing For The Proposed Construction Of Various Buildings At Brgy. Hagonoy, Taguig City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. 2. The City Of Taguig Now Calls For The Submission Of Expression Of Interest And Eligibility Documents For Procurement Of Consulting Services For The Conduct Of Subsurface Soil Testing For The Proposed Construction Of Various Buildings At Brgy. Hagonoy, Taguig City. Eligibility Documents Of Interested Consultants Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat On Or Before November 8, 2024 At 8:30 Am At 3rd Floor, Bids And Awards Committee-secretariat Office, Taguig City Hall, General Antonio Luna St., Brgy. Tuktukan, Taguig City. Applications For Eligibility Will Be Evaluated Based On A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion. 3. The Bidding Documents – Part I May Be Acquired By Interested Consultants Starting November 1, 2024 From The Address Below. Bidding Documents – Part Ii May Only Be Acquired By Short Listed Consultants Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For Bidding Documents Based On The Standard Rates Set By The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00). 4. The Bac Shall Draw Up The Shortlist Of Consultants From Those Who Have Submitted An Expression Of Interest, Including The Eligibility Documents, And Have Been Determined As Eligible In Accordance With The Provisions Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 6. The Procuring Entity Shall Evaluate Bids Using The Quality- Cost Based Evaluation/selection (qcbe/qcbs) Procedure.
