Prospective Bidders Should Have Undertaken A Similar Project Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Bidding And Accredited. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Process Using Non-discretionary "pass/fall" Criteria As Specified In Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). 3.
