Description Republic Of The Philippines City Of San Pedro Province Of Laguna City Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid The City Government Of San Pedro, Laguna Through The 2024 Budget Approved By The Sangguniang Panlungsod Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 2,000,000.00, Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Hereunder Project: Name Of Project : Rehabilitation Of Drainage System At Guevarra Subdivision, San Pedro City, Laguna Location : Brgy. San Lorenzo Ruiz, San Pedro City, Laguna Source Of Fund : 2024 Budget Approved By The Sangguniang Panlungsod Ontract Duration : 150 Calendar Days The City Government Of San Pedro, Laguna Now Invites Contractors Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) To Apply For Eligibility And Of Found Eligible, To Bid For The Above –mentioned Projects. Completion Of The Works Is Required On Or Before The Contract Duration. Bidders Should Have Completed, Five (5) Calendar Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bids Received In Excess To The Approved Budget For The Contract Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As “government Procurement Reform Act”.
