The City Government Of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Through The Appropriation Ordinance Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos And Ten Centavos (₱5,002,130.10) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For: Purchase Of Various Drugs And Medicines For Patients Who Need Antibiotic Treatment, Emergency Medication, And Other Purposes Such As Maintenance, Vitamins, Etc. (bp-24-11-0010) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
