Description Invitation To Bid For Renovation Of Child Development Center, Barangay Tanqui, City Of San Fernando, La Union 1. The Barangay Tanqui, Through The 20% Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of P300,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Renovation Of Child Development Center, Barangay Tanqui, City Of San Fernando, La Union (project Identification Number Tanqui-003-2-2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Tanqui Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Eighteen (18) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterionas Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
