The City Invites Proposal Submissions From Interested Groups, Businesses, Or Individuals To Undertake A Two-stage Review Of The Memorial Arena. The First Stage Of The Project Is To Complete A Detailed Structural Assessment Of Items Listed For Further Review In The Preliminary Structural Assessment Of The Memorial Arena. A Detailed List Is Provided In The Proposal. The Project Team Should Include At Minimum Structural, Geotechnical And Architectural Experts. The Second Stage Of The Project Is To Complete A Lifecycle Assessment For The Memorial Arena That Will Include Completing An Inventory Of All Major Components Of The Building, Completing A Visual Condition Inspection Of All Inventoried Assets And To Complete A Full Lifecycle Plan For The Facility Including Any Immediate, Short, Medium And Long-term Rehabilitation Recommendations As Well As Anticipated Retirement Date.
