Any Queries Relative To The Contracts Of The Bid Documents And The Projects Can Only Be Made By The Suppliers Who Purchased The Bid Documents Not Later Than Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior To The Scheduled And Opening Of Bids. The Barangay Bahile Reserves The Right To Accept Or Rejects All Any Bid , To Annul The Bidding Process And To Reject All Bids Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Hereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
