Description Republic Of The Philippines City Of Panabo Province Of Davao Del Norte Invitation To Bid For The Improvement Of Multi-purpose Gym At Barangay San Nicolas, Panabo City 1. The City Government Of Panabo, Through The Supplemental Budget #1 Cy 2024 Lfp Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-four Pesos And Eighty-five Centavos (php 1,499,844.85) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Multi-purpose Gym At Barangay San Nicolas, Panabo City With Project Identification No. 6ed2025-06. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Panabo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required In 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. All Letters / Notices Sent To The Official Email Address Shall Be Considered As Sufficient Notice On The Part Of The Bidder. 13. The Bidder Must Submit Duly Signed And / Or Certified Class “a” Legal, Technical And Financial Eligibility Documents As Stated In Section 23.1 Of The 2016 Revised Irr During Bid Submission. 14.
